RETURNS POLICY
At Rumii Baby, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused, unworn and in original condition
- Items are returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, washed or used cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at hello@rumiibaby.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a brief explanation so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, we’re happy to offer an exchange where stock is available. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
In line with Australian Consumer Law, we offer refunds or replacements for items that are deemed faulty, not as described, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Whether a faulty item is replaced or refunded will be determined at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue and available stock.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Important Notes
- Please check our Size Guide before ordering to ensure the best fit
- Items returned outside the stated timeframe may not be accepted
- Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected
