Shipping Information
We offer Australia-wide shipping on all orders.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping (if selected): 3–6 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and we aim to make returns as simple as possible.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused, unworn and in original condition
- Items are returned in original packaging
To start a return, please contact us at hello@rumiibaby.com with your order number.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, we’re happy to help with an exchange where stock is available. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Important Notes
- We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering, as fit can vary
- For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
